Hunstanton Beach Run & Fun Run

Beat The Tide (the Hunstanton Beach Run) is suitable for runners at all levels. The run will be on the firm sand of Hunstanton Beach, starting at the Oasis Sports & Leisure Centre. There will be two runs, both starting at 12am:

• 10k beach run for serious and novice runners aged 16 years and over.
• 5k family fun run for families and children.

Please register for the run to raise sponsor money for the Stroke Association and the Friends of the Stroke Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at Kings Lynn.
