An opportunity for you to experience tai chi in the open air. This free event takes place on Hunstanton Green from 10 to 12 noon:

10am to 11am - a standing session
11am to 12 noon - a seated session for less mobile people. Chairs will be provided by West Norfolk Council.

Please consider a donation to Hunstanton RNLI who will be collecting on the Green during the event.

Description

The Green at Hunstanton is a large grassy area near the town centre, surrounded by the Town Hall, Golden Lion Hotel, Princess Theatre, Bowlers bowling alley and the Central Promenade. The Bandstand on The Green hosts many performances by brass bands and other events between April and September. The origins of the Cross on the Green opposite the town hall are unclear, but it is thought to have been placed there in the nineteenth-century, possibly brought from a nearby village.
